RATE INFO and CANCELLATION
POLICY
Room rates are seasonal, and range from
$66.00 to $105.00 per night plus tax for 2 person occupancy. Extra
person charge is $6.00 per night plus tax. Pet charge in designated
rooms is $ 10.00 per pet per night. For
American Birkebeiner Rates, please call our office. Monthly and weekly
rates are based on availability. A deposit is required for weekend
reservations starting Memorial Day (May) to Cranberry Fest (October).
Please check with our office for reservation details. A fishing boat with electric motor and
canoes offered for rent - based on availability.
Children under 12 free with adult.
Senior/AARP discount available Monday – Thursday.
To
ensure that our guest can enjoy a good night's sleep, we request
"quiet" after 10:30 PM!
Our outdoor patio closes at 10.30 PM for the same reason.
Please respect our check-in times! Check-in starts at 3.00 PM
to 10.00 PM. Our small business has limited
staff with plenty of things to accomplish every day before 3 PM. (And …
yes, we all need to sleep and eat.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Midweek (Sunday to Thursday): 24 hour cancellation

There is No cancellation fee if room is cancelled up to 24 hours
before arrival.

Weekends (Friday and Saturday):

One night deposit is billed at the time you make your reservation.

There is NO refund if you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival &
NO refund for unused nights.

All cancellations will be billed a $5.00 service fee.

Special Events (please inquire):

50% of the total amount is billed at time you make your reservation.

There is NO refund if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival &
No refund for unused nights.
- All
cancellations will be billed a $20.00 service fee.
- We can no longer
accept pets on Special Event Weekends. Please contact the office if
you have any questions.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE E-MAIL OR LETTER CANCELLATION.
After 10pm arrivals have to notify the office before 10pm day of arrival
to arrange for late check-in.
Sorry -we can no longer allow fish
cleaning on our property.
